Purchase with Mortgage FLAT lawyer fee $650
Alberta Land Titles Office charges: register transfer, mortgage, caveat
Extraordinary expenses: order title insurance (if necessary)

Common charges: Alberta Land Titles Office charges, Alberta Land Titles Office registration searches, real property tax searches, registry searches, court searches, home owner association fee search, courier, mailing, certified cheque, wire transfer fee
